Gr8ful Prayers is a platform operated by Mustard Seedlings LLC.
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number (optional), city, state, and prayer requests you submit. We also collect usage data such as prayer activity, community participation, and notification preferences.
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, facilitate prayer communities, send notifications about prayer activity, and communicate with you about your account. We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
Prayer requests you submit are shared only with the communities you select. Requests marked as "journal only" are visible only to you. Anonymous requests do not display your name. We treat all prayer requests with the utmost care and confidentiality.
We share your information only as necessary to provide the Service: with community members (as determined by your sharing settings), with service providers (email delivery, analytics), and as required by law. Community admins can see member names and activity within their community. We do not sell personal information, including phone numbers, to third parties for marketing purposes.
Email: We send transactional emails (login codes, prayer updates) and optional marketing emails (weekly summaries, re-engagement). You can manage email preferences in your Profile settings.
SMS: Text messages are sent only if you explicitly opt in. You may opt in by checking the optional SMS consent checkbox during account setup or by enabling SMS Notifications in Profile > Notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, replying HELP for assistance, or by turning off SMS Notifications in Profile > Notifications. We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes.
Push Notifications: Browser push notifications require your browser permission and can be disabled in your Profile settings.
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Prayer requests are archived after 21 days of inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your profile information at any time. To request data deletion, contact us at the email below. To withdraw SMS consent specifically, turn off SMS Notifications in Profile > Notifications or reply STOP to any SMS message.
The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service.
