Gr8ful Prayers is a faith-based prayer community platform operated by Mustard Seedlings LLC. The Service enables users to share prayer requests, pray for others, and connect with prayer communities.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service.
You agree to use the Service respectfully and in good faith. You will not post content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory. Prayer requests and community interactions must be genuine and appropriate. We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates these guidelines.
We respect the privacy and anonymity settings of all users. You must not attempt to identify anonymous users or share others' prayer requests outside the platform without their permission.
By using the Service, you consent to receiving email communications related to your account and prayer activity.
SMS communications are optional and require separate explicit opt-in consent. To receive SMS messages, you must either check the optional SMS consent checkbox during account setup or enable SMS Notifications in Profile > Notifications. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Gr8ful Prayers related to prayer requests, prayer reminders, encouragements, and community activity.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, replying HELP for assistance, or by turning off SMS Notifications in Profile > Notifications.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mustard Seedlings LLC. Prayer requests submitted by users remain the property of the submitting user.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Gr8ful Prayers is not a substitute for professional counseling, medical advice, or emergency services.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
